What is a Smart City, and what is its impact on Smart Mobility?

Smart Cities are data powerhouses, 'crunching numbers' to manage the ever-changing digital, social and transport ecosystems. The data comes from power grids, water and air systems, businesses,citizens, transport and its infrastructure.
